1. ඩිජිටල් නිෂ්පාදන ප්රතිපත්තිය (Digital Products Policy) අප ලබාදෙන සියලුම පාඨමාලා සහ සේවාවන් ඩිජිටල් අන්තර්ගතයන් (Digital Content) වන බැවින්, මිලදී ගැනීමක් සිදු කර එය ඔබගේ ගිණුමට එක් වූ පසු කිසිදු හේතුවක් මත මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමක් (Refund) සිදු කරනු නොලැබේ.
2. තාක්ෂණික ගැටළු (Technical Issues) පාඨමාලාව මිලදී ගත් පසු එය නැරඹීමට නොහැකි වීම හෝ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඇතිවන තාක්ෂණික දෝෂයක් හේතුවෙන් අන්තර්ගතයට පිවිසීමට නොහැකි වුවහොත්, වහාම අපගේ සහාය කණ්ඩායම (info@bissmartlk.com) අමතන්න. එවැනි අවස්ථාවකදී පැය 24-48 අතර කාලයක් තුළ ගැටළුව විසඳා දීමට අප බැඳී සිටිමු.
3. සේවා අත්හිටුවීම (Account Suspension) යම් හෙයකින් ඔබ අපගේ නීති රීති උල්ලංඝණය කිරීමක් (වීඩියෝ පිටපත් කිරීම හෝ බෙදා හැරීම වැනි) සිදු කළහොත්, කිසිදු දැනුම් දීමකින් තොරව ඔබගේ ගිණුම අත්හිටුවීමට අපට අයිතිය ඇති අතර එවැනි අවස්ථාවකදීද මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමක් සිදු නොකෙරේ.

1. Digital Products Policy Since all our courses and services are digital products, once a purchase is completed and the content is delivered to your account, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
2. Technical Issues If you encounter any technical difficulties in accessing the course content after a successful payment, please contact our support team at info@bissmartlk.com immediately. We are committed to resolving such issues within 24-48 hours.
3. Account Suspension If a user is found violating our terms of service (such as unauthorized sharing or copying of content), Bissmartlk reserves the right to suspend the account without prior notice. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
